Hey, comrade. I see you.
You've been struggling with the daily battle of bearing witness and campaigning for the liberation of the Palestinian people.
You may feel defeated, helpless or powerless.
I know. I have felt it too. Until now.
What if we've been pushing our physical energies to the limits, but our imagination is in fact the most powerful weapon? We know that the astral, the realm of thought, prayer, meditation and collective focus, is a battlefield where power is real and transformation begins. Universal consciousness unites all of us; and connects us to every single person in Gaza. We can harness our ability to manifest and focus it specifically on their liberation.
And we don't need to know how it's going to happen. We just need to anchor ourselves in the reality of it already coming to pass.
We live in a multidimensional reality. And yet, the Spiritual Community appears to be fairly dormant when it comes to working with collective consciousness to assist with the liberation of our brothers and sisters in Palestine.
Could you imagine that our collective spiritual focus can perhaps shift the dial? More so than relying on our failing institutions?
We can protest. We can campaign. We can fundraise. But we can also visualise what the world would look like if Palestine were free.

Visualisation isn’t just “new age fluff.”
It's been a practice for ancient, indigenous civilisations.
The Akie of Tanzania, a hunter-gatherer people with traditions passed down for generations perform rituals where, after failed hunts, they act out carrying heavy bundles of meat.
By embodying success before it arrives, they align mind, body, and community with abundance.
This echoes what we in the West call visualisation or the Law of Attraction. Far from being a modern fad, the practice of imagining the desired outcome is deeply human, ancient and woven into survival itself.
For the Akie, this ancient practice in visualisation gave them good luck when hunting. The act of pretending they were carrying heavy meat on their backs improved the chances of this becoming reality.
Proof that imagination has always been a bridge to reality.
For tribal people. For contemporary spiritual communities.
For revolutionaries.
We focus on the desired outcome.
At the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Healing Centre (sometimes referred to as the “medicineless hospital”) near Beijing, practitioners were known to use focused intention, visualization, and collective chanting during healing sessions.
One of the most famous examples shows a group of qigong practitioners surrounding a patient with bladder cancer. As they direct healing energy (qi) toward her, they repeatedly chant a phrase that translates roughly to:
“Already done” / “It is done” / “Already accomplished”
(Chinese: yǐjīng hǎo le 已经好了)
They are not asking or pleading. They are affirming, declaring the healed state as already real.
This practice is very much in line with what Neville Goddard and others in the manifestation traditions say: you don’t visualize as if you want something to happen, you embody and affirm that it already has happened.
So when they chant “it is done”, they are collapsing the gap between vision and reality; holding the healed state in the mind so it can manifest in the body.

Rainmaking ceremonies: In some Plains tribes, shamans would dance, chant, and visualise rain falling. Not just asking, but embodying the experience of rain to bring weather change.
Vision quests: A young person would fast and isolate in nature, entering altered states to see their life path or receive spiritual guidance. The belief was that what is seen inwardly becomes outwardly true.
Hawaiian Huna / Hoʻoponopono: A reconciliation ritual using focused intention, prayer and forgiveness to restore harmony and health.
Amazonian ayahuasca ceremonies: Shamans often “see” the illness leaving a body, then sing (icaros) to call in health. An act of focused intention.
